2026 Shishikui Hachiman Shrine Festival: Full-Day Experience Course
A full-day course that showcases the seaside charm of Kaiyō Town, Tokushima Prefecture's southernmost point, centered around the first day of the 'Shishikui Hachiman Shrine Festival' (September 26, 2026), inherited by the coastal community. During the day, feel the sea breeze on the sandy beach of Daito Matsubara, designated as a National Scenic Spot, observe colorful marine life at Takeshima Marine Park, and enjoy panoramic views of the Rias coastline from the Minokotoku Bay Observation Platform. After an early dinner at the Roadside Station Shishikui Hot Spring, starting at 5 PM, the Shishikui Hachiman Shrine becomes the stage for the festival. During the evening celebration, food stalls line the shrine grounds, offering a course where families can experience the festive spirit of this community tradition.
