2026 Odiya Festival Full-Day Enjoyment Course
A one-day course showcasing the first day of Odiya Festival (August 21, 2026) held in Odiya, Niigata, known as the birthplace of ornamental carp. In the daytime, admire beautiful swimming koi at Nishikigoi no Sato, witness the traditional bull-wrestling culture at Odiya Sumo Ring, and learn about the region's history at Odiya Earthquake Museum Sonaebe-kan. After an early dinner at Honmachi Shopping Street, arrive at 5 PM for the festival.
