2026 Roppongi Hills Bon Odori: A Full Day Course
This one-day course centers on the first day of the 'Roppongi Hills Bon Odori' (August 21-23, 2026), held at the arena of Roppongi Hills, the mixed-use complex symbolizing central Tokyo's redevelopment area. The first day, Friday, August 21, is the eve festival, with festival stalls set up from 17:00 to 21:00 and a music-and-dance performance called 'Roppongi Raku' from 19:00. (The Bon Odori dancing takes place on the 22nd and 23rd, from 17:00 to 20:00.) During the day, take a breather in the complex's Japanese garden, then enjoy a panoramic view of Tokyo from the observation deck. Venture a bit further to visit a museum with striking glass architecture, as well as a mixed-use complex with a lush park and garden. In the evening, have an early dinner on Keyakizaka-dori, then head into the eve festival's lively atmosphere at night. Enjoy a summer night unique to the city, set against the backdrop of skyscrapers, together with your family.
