2026 Osaki New City Bon Odori Festival: A Full Day Course

This one-day course centers on the first day of the 'Osaki New City Bon Odori Festival' (August 21-22, 2026), held at Osaki New City, the mixed-use complex in Shinagawa Ward's Osaki area, which developed as an office district. During the day, pay your respects at Osaki's guardian shrine, then meet the sea creatures at Shinagawa Aquarium. Stroll along the promenade beside the Meguro River, take a break in the waterside garden of the adjoining complex, then have a dinner of street food at Togoshi Ginza Shopping Street, said to be Tokyo's longest. From 17:00, the Bon Odori dancing gets into full swing at New City's plaza. It's a day unique to a summer night, when the office district transforms.
