
2026 Okinawa All-Island Eisa Festival Full-Day Experience Course
Experience a full day celebrating the 'Okinawa All-Island Eisa Festival' (held September 4-6, 2026, highlighting the first day) at Koza Athletic Park Stadium and the Goya Crossroads area. Start by walking through the internationally diverse historic Koza district from midday, encounter wildlife at Okinawa Children's Country with family, and enjoy shopping and rest at Plaza House, Okinawa's first shopping center. Along Central Avenue, experience the unique blend of American and Okinawan cultures, then enjoy an early dinner at Ichiban-gai shopping street. At 5 PM, as the drum sounds begin, experience Okinawa's largest Eisa festival with approximately 20,000 dancers. Each youth group wears distinctive costumes and performs with powerful movements in a special evening filled with street energy and fervent atmosphere.
