Yamashiro Summer Festival 2026 - Full-Day Experience Course
A full-day course featuring the first day of the 'Yamashiro Summer Festival' (August 7, 2026, Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture), held in the historic Yamashiro Onsen town, which boasts over 1,300 years of hot-spring history. In the daytime, walk through the retro streets of Soyu, visiting the former residence connected to legendary artist Kitaoji Rosanjin and the kiln site where Kutani pottery originated, to experience the traditional culture of Kaga. After offering prayers for the festival's safety at Hattori Shrine, the local tutelary shrine of the hot-spring town, head to the summer festival of the hot-spring town in the evening. A day where families leisurely enjoy strolling through the evening streets where the lights of food stalls and hot-spring atmosphere blend together.
