
2026 Hadano Tobacco Festival Full-Day Experience Course
A full-day course to enjoy the first day of the "Hadano Tobacco Festival" (September 26-27, 2026, around Hadano Municipal Honcho Elementary School), Hadano City's autumn tradition celebrating the once-thriving leaf tobacco cultivation. At noon, stroll through Hadano Station's shopping district, enjoy hiking-style walks at Kobo Mountain Park, and experience nature at Shinsei Lake, a rare earthquake-formed lake. In the evening, have an early dinner at the station, then at 5 PM head to the area around Honcho Elementary School, which serves as the parade route. Experience the excitement of portable shrine and dance parades processions, as the entire community celebrates.
