2026 Koriyama Uneme Festival - Full Day Experience Course
A one-day course centered on the first day of the "Koriyama Uneme Festival" held from August 7-8, 2026, on Ekimae-dori in Koriyama City. In the daytime, experience greenery and history at Kaiseiyama Park and Kaiseiyama Daijingu Shrine, explore space and science at Koriyama City Interaction Science Museum Space Park, and take in views of the cityscape from Fumoto-san Park. In the evening, shop and have dinner at Usui Department Store, then head to Ekimae-dori as the sun sets. Enjoy a full day where families can take in the "Uneme Odori Nagashi" (dancing procession) performed by dancers and the festive atmosphere with lanterns and decorations lighting up the station plaza. A comprehensive course allowing you to experience history, science, and the region's summer festival all at once.
