2026 Takimiya Nenbutsu Dance Full-Day Course

A one-day course centered on the Takimiya Nenbutsu Dance (held August 23, 2026), designated as an Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property of Japan. In the daytime, touch ancient history at Kaitenyama Tumulus, one of Shikoku's finest keyhole tumuli, spend leisurely time in Takimiya Park known for cherry blossoms, and enjoy a hearty meal at a renowned local Sanuki udon restaurant. Also visit the grand camphor tree, a natural monument near Ayagawa Town Hatori, for a restful moment amid rural scenery.
