2026 Takarazuka Municipal Sports Center Indoor Pool Full-Day Course
The indoor pool at Takarazuka Municipal Sports Center in Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture is a citizens pool open year-round from 10:00 to 20:30 (with a maintenance closure of about a week from mid to late July). Being an indoor facility, it is easy to plan water play in any season without worrying about the weather, which is its appeal. In the morning, first take an unhurried walk around the Takarazuka Grand Theater (宝塚大劇場), known as the home of Takarazuka Revue, and Hana-no-Michi (花のみち), a promenade lined with flowers and greenery, to savour the glamour that is so distinctly Takarazuka. Next, stop by Kiyoshikojin Seichoji (清荒神清澄寺), an ancient temple loved as the deity of fire, and stroll the quiet grounds while browsing the shopfronts along the approach. After a lunch break, head to the indoor pool at Takarazuka Municipal Sports Center. With a current pool and lane-divided pools, everyone from small children still getting used to water to adults who want to swim laps can enjoy it at their own pace. It is easy to reach from Takarazuka Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka and Imazu lines. A full-day course combining a town walk with indoor water play, easy to plan even on a rainy day.
