2026 Higashi-Osaka Arena (東大阪アリーナ, Higashi-Osaka City Gymnasium) Pool Full-Day Course

A full-day course starring the heated pool inside Higashi-Osaka Arena (東大阪アリーナ, Higashi-Osaka City Gymnasium) in Nakakosaka, Higashi-Osaka City, open year-round from April 1, 2026. Hours are 9:00 to 21:00 Monday through Saturday and 9:00 to 18:00 on Sundays and public holidays, though in July and August Sundays and public holidays also run to 21:00, making it easy to plan on weekdays too. In the morning, first visit Hanazono Central Park (花園中央公園), also known as a sacred ground of rugby, and move your body on the wide lawns and large play equipment. Then stop at the nearby Osaka Prefectural Central Library (大阪府立中央図書館) and rest while browsing picture books and illustrated guides in cool indoor comfort. After lunch, it is finally time for the heated pool at Higashi-Osaka Arena. Being an indoor pool, it is unaffected by the weather, so you can enjoy water play with confidence until evening. A course for a well-paced day: move your body at the park, spend quiet time at the library, and swim your fill at the pool.
