A one-day course centred on the 25 m heated pool at NGK Sports Plaza, Nagoya City General Gymnasium (NGKスポーツプラザ・名古屋市総合体育館), in Minami Ward, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. The pool is open all year: Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (9 a.m. to 9 p.m. in July and August), and Sundays and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in July and August).
