2026 Koshigoe Swimming Beach Full-Day Course
A one-day course for enjoying the scenery of Enoshima, starring Koshigoe Swimming Beach, open from Wednesday, July 1 to Monday, August 31, 2026. In the morning, pay your respects at Ryuko-ji and stroll precincts steeped in history since the Kamakura period. Next, cross to Enoshima to visit Enoshima Shrine and enjoy the view from the observation lighthouse. Have a shirasu rice bowl for lunch around Koshigoe Fishing Port, and in the afternoon it is finally time for Koshigoe Swimming Beach. This swimming beach looks out at Enoshima up close, and swimming hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The shore, visible from the windows of the Enoden train, is easy to combine with sightseeing in Kamakura and Enoshima. Enjoy the sea to the full until evening and spend a summer day that feels distinctly like Shonan. Why not pack a swimsuit and towel and head out?
