2026 Shimizu Park (清水公園) Aqua Venture Splash Pond Full-Day Course

This course spends a full day of play with 「Shimizu Park Aqua Venture Splash Pond」, the water-play area in Shimizu Park (清水公園) in Noda City, as its star. In 2026 the official wet season runs from Monday 1 June to Wednesday 30 September, and only during this period is the pond filled with water for play. Hours are 9:00 to 17:00 and vary with the season. During the dry period from 1 October to 31 May only the fountains and play equipment operate, so if you want to get into the water, summer is the time to go. Wet-season fees are 1,400 yen for adults (junior high school age and above), 1,200 yen for children (age 3 and above) and 700 yen for seniors (age 65 and above). There are fountains where water drops from a giant bucket as well as water play equipment, and you can enjoy them in a swimsuit or in clothes you do not mind getting wet. In the morning, take a look at the world of soy sauce making that is unique to Noda at the Kikkoman Monoshiri Shoyukan soy sauce museum. Then touch on the story of a soy-sauce brewing town at the Noda City Local History Museum and the Civic Hall, and have lunch amid the flowers and greenery of Hana Fantasia in Shimizu Park. In the afternoon, head to Aqua Venture and play to your heart's content with water pouring over your head.
