This course spends a full day on the Zao highlands, centred on the Miyagi Zao Eboshi Resort Fuwafuwa Water Play Plaza, which opens on Saturday, 25 July 2026. Because the play area is built from inflatable equipment filled with water, the base is soft unlike a river or pond, so little ones will not hurt themselves if they tumble. The same venue runs a programme called Summer Holidays at Eboshi, with a rainbow trout fishing pond, flowing somen noodles and barbecue, so you can build a day that is about more than water play alone.
