2026 Toyama Shinko Genki no Mori Park Splash Pool Full-Day Course

This is a one-day course spent beside Toyama Bay (富山湾), starring the Toyama Shinko Genki no Mori Park Splash Pool in Toyama Shinko Genki no Mori Park in Imizu City. The splash pool is open from Monday, July 20, 2026 to Monday, August 31, 2026. The park is open from 9:00 to 17:00 and is closed on Wednesdays, so pay attention to the day of the week when you set your date. Use is free, and besides the spacious splash pool there is a playground for toddlers and older children, a 36-hole park golf course, a circular plaza, Lookout Hill, a babbling stream and a rest house. The view of Toyama Shinko Port (富山新港) spreads out from Lookout Hill, and a stroll between spells of water play is one of the pleasures here. In the morning, look up at the great ship moored at Kaiwomaru Park, where the sailing ship Kaiwomaru (海王丸) is berthed, then take in the harbor and the sea from the Ainokaze Promenade, the pedestrian walkway of Shinminato Bridge (新湊大橋). At lunch, enjoy the bounty of the Sea of Japan at the Shinminato Kittokito Market, and in the afternoon it is finally time for the splash pool.
