2026 Yamanashi Prefectural Fuefukigawa Fruit Park Aqua Athletic Full-Day Course
This is a course for a full day of play close to home, starring Yamanashi Prefectural Fuefukigawa Fruit Park Aqua Athletic on a hilltop in Yamanashi City. About ten kinds of obstacles line up with water running underfoot, and there is a waterfall and a pond upstream, making it irresistible for children who love moving their bodies in the water. In 2026 the water flows from April 4 until early November (planned), from 9:30 to 16:00, and use is free. Showers and changing rooms for elementary school age and under can be used free of charge, which families will appreciate (from around mid-April to early November). The park also has large playground equipment and a Fruit Plaza, so there is no shortage of places to play after the water fun. In the morning, visit the birthplace of the industrialist known as the Railway King at Nezu Memorial Hall (根津記念館) in Shotokuji, Yamanashi City, then take in the Kofu Basin and Mt. Fuji from Fujimi Terrace in the Fruit Park. Because it is open from spring through autumn, it is also easy to plan a visit that avoids the height of summer.
