2026 Gifu Seiryu Satoyama Park Splash Pond Full-Day Course

This is a one-day course built around the Gifu Seiryu Satoyama Park Splash Pond in Gifu Seiryu Satoyama Park in Minokamo City (美濃加茂市). In 2026 it is open from 10:00 to 16:00 on weekends from Saturday, June 27 to Sunday, July 12; every day from Saturday, July 18 to Monday, August 31; and on weekends and public holidays from Saturday, September 5 to Wednesday, September 23. Along with the splash pond designed to look like terraced rice paddies, there is a stream area and a waterside deck, so children can walk all around in the shallow water. Sandals must be worn, and children who are not yet out of diapers must wear swim diapers. Admission is free, which makes it easy to drop by. In the morning, get to know the local nature and history at Minokamo City Museum, then walk the streets of Nakasendo Ota-juku (中山道太田宿) and have lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy water play to your heart's content amid the satoyama scenery.
