2026 Noisshiki Park Wading Pool Full-Day Course

A full-day course starring the wading pool (children's pool) at Noisshiki Park in the Nagamori-kita district of Gifu City (Noisshiki 4-chome 530-1). In 2026 it operates on a total of 22 days between July 18 and August 17, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. It is a water-play spot you can use right from the start of the summer holidays, which makes planning easy. Use is free, and it is in principle for children in third grade of elementary school and younger. Preschoolers must be accompanied by a guardian, and infants who are not yet out of diapers cannot use it. The operating days follow the schedule published by Gifu City, so be sure to check before you set out. In bad weather a red flag is raised at the wading pool and it is closed for the day. In the morning, walk through Kakamigahara Civic Park and the Forest of Learning in neighboring Kakamigahara City, and have lunch under the big rows of trees. In the afternoon, sink into the shallow water of the wading pool at Noisshiki Park to close out a summer afternoon.
