2026 Toyota City Central Park Grand Fountain and Splash Pond Full-Day Course

This is a course for a full day of play close to home, starring the Toyota City Central Park (Toyota Stadium) Grand Fountain and Splash Pond in Toyota City. Following the usual annual schedule, in 2026 the water is expected to run from Sunday, April 26 to Monday, October 5, from 9:00 to 18:00 (the 2026 announcement has not been posted yet). The grand fountain is near the event plaza west of the stadium, and the splash pond is beside the combination play equipment on the north side of the stadium, so you can enjoy both watching the fountain and getting into the water to play. Use is free of charge. The water does not run in rain or strong wind, and it is suspended right after heavy rain or a typhoon and during large-scale events, so please check the official website for the day's conditions before you set out. In the morning, head across the Yahagi River (矢作川) to the Toyota Municipal Museum of Art (豊田市美術館). In a quiet space where the building reflected on the water surface is itself like a work of art, enjoy contemporary art and the garden. On the rise next door, the corner turret of Shichishu Castle (七州城) remains, letting you sense the town's beginnings. Have lunch at a shopping complex in front of Toyotashi Station (豊田市駅), and in the afternoon enjoy water play until evening at Central Park along the Yahagi River.
