2026 Full-Day Course: Otori Park (大鳥公園) Splash Pond and Stream

In the middle of a quiet residential district, Otori Park (大鳥公園) in Meguro City has a free summer water-play area, the Otori Park Splash Pond and Stream. The 2026 season runs from Wednesday, July 1 to Wednesday, September 30, from 09:00 to 16:30. Meguro City's official wording is that it opens from the first week of July until around the end of September, so if you are going on the first or last day, check whether it is actually open. There is an inspection day roughly once a month when the area cannot be used, and the date and time are posted on site. The water is disinfected with chlorine and other treatments, and admission is free. Water-play sandals are recommended, so do not forget to bring them.
