2026 Kitagata Daini Park Mini Pool: A Full Day of Fun

This one-day course centers on Ichikawa City's 'Kitagata Daini Park Mini Pool,' open from Saturday, July 18 to Monday, August 31, 2026. Located inside the park, this mini pool is designed for children from toddlers to third grade, and its biggest appeal is that even little ones who are still nervous around deep water can play safely. You'll see the classic summer-vacation scene of neighborhood children gathering in their swimsuits. In the morning, start at Ichikawa City Zoological and Botanical Garden, where you can interact with animals like red pandas and mini pigs, even just a leisurely stroll through the grounds is enough to delight kids. Next, move on to Nakayama Hokekyoji Temple, where you can walk the approach and the historic main temple complex before having lunch near the gate. In the afternoon, it's on to Kitagata Daini Park Mini Pool. Splashing around in the shallow water will be one of the best summer memories for little ones.
