2026 Miyuki Children's Pool Full-Day Course

This is a morning-centered one-day course built around Miyuki Children's Pool (御幸児童プール) in Miyazaki City. In 2026 it is open from Thursday, July 23 to Monday, August 24, from 10am to 12pm (closed on Wednesdays and from August 13 to 15). Measuring 10m by 20m with shallow depths of 30cm and 50cm, it's the perfect children's pool for a first experience of water play or for small children to get used to the water. And it's free of charge. Since it's open for only two hours in the morning, this course has you visit Miyazaki Jingu Shrine first thing in the morning, then walk through the Haniwa Garden (はにわ園) at Heiwadai Park (平和台公園), before entering Miyuki Children's Pool right at 10 o'clock. After playing to your heart's content at the pool, you can wrap up around lunchtime and spend a relaxed afternoon — a welcome shape for families with small children. It's a familiar summer outing in Miyazaki where you can enjoy the water for free and with peace of mind.
