2026 Paloma Mizuho Training Pool: A Full Day of Fun

This is a one-day course centered on 'Paloma Mizuho Training Pool (Mizuho Park Training Pool)' in Mizuho Ward, Nagoya City, open from 10:00 to 17:30 from Monday, July 20 to Monday, August 31, 2026. It is closed on July 27 and August 3, 17, and 24. This outdoor cold-water pool features a 25-meter, 7-lane training pool along with a 150-square-meter children's pool and a 95-square-meter toddler pool. Admission is affordable -- 300 yen for adults, 100 yen for children, and 100 yen for Nagoya City residents aged 65 and over -- with 11-ticket discount books also available. In the morning, trace the history of Owari at the Nagoya City Museum, then walk through the spacious forest of Atsuta Shrine to enjoy the coolness.
