2026 Full-Day Autumn Leaves Course at Kishine Park (岸根公園)
Spend a day enjoying autumn leaves reflected on the water at a spacious park in Kohoku Ward, Yokohama. The autumn foliage at Kishine Park (岸根公園) typically colors from November through December, with maples, ginkgos, dawn redwoods, and horse chestnuts each changing at their own pace. The biggest highlight is Shinohara Pond, where the reflections on the water are beautiful — just strolling along the pond's edge lets you fully enjoy the season. Admission is free (parking is 100 yen per 30 minutes). There is also a large lawn plaza and playground equipment, so children can play to their heart's content. In the morning, head one stop over to Shin-Yokohama to enjoy the Showa-era streets and a ramen lunch at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum (新横浜ラーメン博物館), then spend the afternoon strolling among the autumn leaves at Kishine Park. It's an easy half-day course connected by subway.
