2026 Autumn Leaves at the Kanagawa Inland Industrial Park: A Full-Day Course
Spend a day enjoying a somewhat unusual autumn-leaf stroll at the Kanagawa Inland Industrial Park, which spans Atsugi City and Aikawa Town. The leaves are typically at their best from late November to mid-December, and the fallen-leaf yellow sidewalk reaches its climax toward the end of the season. The rows of ginkgo trees along the roads crisscrossing the site create a distinctive harmony between working factories and golden ginkgo leaves, and the sidewalk turns golden during the leaf-fall period. You can view it freely and for free from the public sidewalk, and the open, easy-to-see sidewalk also serves as a local walking route. In the morning, play at Hattori Farm, where you can interact with animals, and at the Prefectural Aikawa Park, then head to the row of ginkgo trees in the afternoon. This is a late-autumn course, easy to get around by car, that combines it with Aikawa-area classics.
