2026 Christmas Market (Grand Mall Park) Illumination: A Full-Day Course

A day to enjoy the Christmas Market held around the 'Art Plaza' in Grand Mall Park, the heart of Minatomirai. It usually runs from late November to December 25 (last year: November 28 to December 25, 2025). Admission is free (food and merchandise sold separately). The 2026 schedule and lighting times have not yet been announced, so please check the official website before heading out. In the early afternoon, experience art at the Yokohama Museum of Art facing the plaza, then shop and rest at MARK IS Minatomirai, directly connected to the station, before heading to the Art Plaza in the evening. The moment the sun sets and the market lights come on is the climax of the day. Winter evenings get cold, so dress warmly.
