TOWERS Milight 'UP' 2026: A One-Day Course

A day built around TOWERS Milight 'UP', the one-night-only Christmas Eve tradition in which around 40 buildings in the Minato Mirai 21 district light up all at once. It is held only on December 24 each year; last year it ran from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM on December 24, 2025. Viewing is free. The 2026 schedule and hours have not yet been announced, so please check the official announcement before heading out. Spend the daytime at the Cup Noodles Museum Yokohama making your own one-of-a-kind Cup Noodles. Walk along Kishamichi, the walkway over the water, to get an up-close feel for the skyline, then head to Bankoku Bridge, the classic viewing spot, in the evening. The sight of the buildings outlined in window light and reflected in the canal is a special version of Minato Mirai found only on this one night. This is a course you can walk entirely from Sakuragicho Station — dress warmly and enjoy.
