2026 Winter Wonder Park Yokohama (山下公園) Illumination: A Full-Day Course

This course centers on 'Winter Wonder Park Yokohama,' a winter tradition at Yamashita Park in Yokohama, and lets you enjoy the harbor town for a full day. It typically runs from early December to early March; last year it ran from December 6, 2025 to March 1, 2026, featuring a skating rink wrapped in light and music and a park train (the 2026-27 schedule and lighting hours have not yet been announced, so please check the official website before heading out). Admission is free; last year the skating rink cost 1,200 yen for adults, 1,000 yen for children, and 2,000 yen for a parent-child set, while the park train cost 500 yen. In the early afternoon, enjoy a food-tasting walk through nearby Yokohama Chinatown, then visit the Hikawa Maru, an Important Cultural Property moored at Yamashita Park, before heading to the illuminated skating rink as the sun sets.
