Spend a day enjoying Yomiuriland Jewellumination, where the whole amusement park sparkles with jewel-colored lights. It typically runs as a long-running event from late October through early April the following year (last year it ran October 23, 2025 to April 5, 2026, 149 days excluding closure days, with no illumination on weekdays from March 2 to 13, 2026). In the early afternoon, enjoy a stroll through the old farmhouses at the Japan Open-Air Folk House Museum, located in the same Tama Hills area at Ikuta Ryokuchi Park, then head to Yomiuriland by evening.
