2026 German Christmas Market in Tsuzuki: A Full-Day Course

Spend a day enjoying 'German Christmas Market in Tsuzuki,' a beloved winter event in Yokohama held on the lawn plaza in front of Center-Kita Station. It's typically held over a Saturday and Sunday in early December; last year it ran December 6, 2025, 10:00-20:00, and December 7, 10:00-19:00. Admission is free (the 2026 schedule has not yet been announced, so please check the official website before heading out). In the early afternoon, take a trip back in time to ancient Yokohama at the Yokohama City History Museum in front of the station, then take in the cityscape from the rooftop Ferris wheel at Mosaic Mall Kohoku. Once it gets dark, head back to the market and be wrapped in the glow of the wooden huts (Hutten) and the Christmas atmosphere. The plaza gets cold at night, so warm yourself with a hot drink and dress warmly to enjoy it comfortably.
