2026 Mizonokuchi Station Kirari Deck Illumination Full-Day Course

This is a day to enjoy the illumination that wraps the pedestrian deck area in front of Mizonokuchi Station known as 'Kirari Deck' in light. Viewing is free. It is typically held from early November through the end of January, and the 26th edition lit up from November 7, 2025 to January 31, 2026 (the 2026-27 dates and lighting times have not yet been announced, so please check the city's official announcements before heading out). In the early afternoon, take a walk through the town at the free-admission Kawasaki City Oyama Kaido Furusato-kan, touching on Mizonokuchi's history as a thriving former post town. After shopping and taking a break at Nokuti Plaza, which connects directly to the deck, head to the deck as night falls. This is a casual station-front course you can walk to right after stepping off the train and straight into the light, and it's easy to visit even right after rain.
