2026 Blueberry HILLS Atsugi Full-Day Harvest Course
Spend an autumn day digging sweet potatoes at Blueberry HILLS Atsugi (ブルーベリーヒルズ あつぎ), a farm in Kamiogino, in the northern part of Atsugi City. Sweet potato digging is usually held on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from October to November (the summer blueberry picking season runs from June to August, and the 2026 season has already ended). Admission is ¥2,400 for ages 13 and up, ¥1,200 for elementary school students, ¥800 for ages 3 through preschool, and free for children 2 and under. A take-home bag for sweet potatoes costs ¥600. The farm has parking and restrooms and is easy to visit with a stroller. In the morning, pick up local vegetables and lunch at Yumeichi, JA Atsugi's farmers' direct-sale market, then play to your heart's content at Atsugi Kodomo no Mori Park (Atsugi Children's Forest Park), known for its long slide, before getting your hands in the soil at the farm in the afternoon. It's a family day out exploring the fruitful autumn countryside of Atsugi. Please check the official website before you go for the latest information on dates and reception procedures.
