This is a day that combines a Minato Mirai stroll with a starry sky at Konica Minolta Planetaria YOKOHAMA, on the 2nd floor of Yokohama Gate Tower (横濱ゲートタワー) near Yokohama Station. Opening hours are 10:30–20:30 on weekdays and 10:00–21:00 on weekends and holidays (subject to seasonal changes such as in summer). General seats purchased online cost 1,600 yen for adults (junior high school age and up) and 1,000 yen for children (age 4 and up) (at the counter: 1,800 yen for adults, 1,200 yen for children); Premium Seats and Planet Seats, each with a flat rate for up to 2 people, cost 4,200–4,400 yen per seat online. Spend a leisurely afternoon at seaside Rinko Park (臨港パーク), walk Kishamichi (汽車道) at dusk to enjoy the Minato Mirai scenery, then finish the night under a dome full of stars. It is a starry-sky course where you are wrapped in a sky full of stars right in the middle of the city, enjoyable regardless of the weather.
