2026 Full-Day Course: Starry Sky Class at Yugawara Onsen

This is a special day for the whole family to join a starry-sky class held in a hot-spring-town park. 「Starry Sky Class in Yugawara Onsen」 takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 18:00 to 20:15, at the Yugawara Soyu Entrance Terrace in Manyo Park. The participation fee is 2,000 yen for adults and 1,500 yen for elementary and junior high school students, and the application deadline is Thursday, September 10. Since advance registration is required, don't forget to apply through the official website first. On the day, spend the afternoon enjoying the waterfall and forest air at Fudo Falls, deep in the Yugawara Onsen hot-spring town, then head to the venue, Manyo Park, in the evening. Looking up at the autumn night sky together with an expert in a hot-spring-town park where you can hear the murmur of the river is the perfect experience for a child's 「first stargazing session」. It gets cold outdoors at night, so bring an extra layer to wear. How the sky looks can change with moonlight and weather, which is part of the enjoyment of genuine stargazing.
