2026 Shiba Seaside Farm (柴シーサイドファーム) Fruit-Picking Full-Day Course
A day to enjoy mandarin picking in a seaside town at Shiba Seaside Farm (柴シーサイドファーム, also known as Shiba Seaside Megumi no Sato) in Kanazawa Ward, Yokohama City. Mandarin picking usually runs for Unshu mandarins from mid-October to late November, and for Sokou mandarins from early to mid-December. The fee includes all-you-can-eat on-site (time-limited) plus a souvenir to take home: 1,200 yen for elementary school students and up, 500 yen for preschoolers age 3 and up, and free for children under 3. In the morning, head from Uminokoen-Shibaguchi Station (海の公園柴口駅) on the Seaside Line to Umi no Koen (海の公園), where about 1 kilometer of sandy beach stretches out. After leisurely enjoying sand play, shell collecting, and a picnic lunch on the lawn, spend the afternoon picking mandarins at a farm in the port town of Shiba. A course that lets you savor the sea and mandarins, a combination fitting for the southern tip of Yokohama, all in one day. Please check the latest information, such as opening days, on Yokohama City's information page before heading out.
