2026 Kumisawa Orange Farm (汲沢オレンジファーム) Full-Day Fruit-Picking Course
A day to enjoy mandarin orange picking right in the middle of the city, at ‘Kumisawa Orange Farm (汲沢オレンジファーム)’ in Totsuka Ward, Yokohama. Mandarin picking runs from October 3 to the end of November (as announced on the official website). Admission is 700 yen for elementary school age and up, with all-you-can-eat picking inside the farm and no time limit during opening hours (according to the official Yokohama City page), a farm with an easygoing price setting that's a real plus. There are also restrooms on the grounds. In the morning, start from Totsuka Station (戸塚駅) and head to the Prefectural Sakaigawa Floodplain Park (県立境川遊水地公園), where waterside nature spreads out. After enjoying watching biotope creatures at this free-admission park and spending lunchtime there, head in the afternoon to the mandarin orchard on the Kumisawa hillside, where you can savor freshly picked fruit to your heart's content without worrying about time. It's a day to feel the countryside bounty that still remains within Yokohama's residential neighborhoods. Please check the official website for the latest opening status before you go.
