2026 Kamiyama Orchard Fruit-Picking Full-Day Course

This is a day of enjoying summer-to-autumn fruit at Kamiyama Orchard (神山果樹園) in Shonandai, Fujisawa City. According to Town News (タウンニュース) reports, in 2026 grape and pear sales began in early August, with apples from mid-August, the pear variety Kanta (甘太) in late September, and persimmons and kiwis appearing in autumn, the lineup changes with the season. It's a surprise in itself that an orchard exists in the residential neighborhood of Shonandai, making it a rare spot where you can buy locally grown fruit right on the spot. The plan is plenty of play and learning in the morning at Shonandai Cultural Center Kodomo-kan (湘南台文化センターこども館) in front of the station, then heading to the orchard in the afternoon.
