2026 Full-Day Cool Stroll Course: Yokohama Anpanman Children's Museum & Mall

This is a day devoted to enjoying the cool indoors at the Yokohama Anpanman Children's Museum & Mall (横浜アンパンマンこどもミュージアム＆モール) in Minato Mirai, Yokohama. Since the museum is an all-weather indoor facility, you can let small children play to their heart's content in a comfortable air-conditioned space even in September and October, when the heat continues due to global warming. The museum on the 2nd and 3rd floors requires advance purchase of a date-and-time-designated web ticket priced 2,200 to 2,800 yen (tax included) for ages 1 and up, while the shops, food area, and restaurants on the 1st floor are free to enter. Opening hours are 10:00-17:00 for the museum (last admission 16:00) and 10:00-18:00 for the 1st floor. In the morning, stop by Rinko Park (臨港パーク), where the sea breeze feels pleasant, and the free-admission Nissan Global Headquarters Gallery (日産グローバル本社ギャラリー), then spend the hot afternoon hours in the cool indoor museum.
