2026 Full-Day Course: Night View from the Observation Room at Koza Clean Center Kankyo Plaza

This is a day built around the observation room at Koza Clean Center Kankyo Plaza (高座クリーンセンター環境プラザ), where you can look out over the city of Ebina from a high vantage point. In the early afternoon, get plenty of exercise at Sagami Sansen Prefectural Park (県立相模三川公園), popular for its large play structures, then head to Ebina Chuo Park (海老名中央公園) in front of Ebina Station, whose symbol is a vermilion seven-story pagoda. In the evening, move to the Kankyo Plaza in Ebina's Hongo district to enjoy the sunset and night view from the observation room. It is open from 9:00 to 20:00 (facility tours from 9:00 to 17:00), closed on Mondays (or the following weekday if Monday is a holiday) and over the New Year holidays (December 29 to January 3), with occasional temporary closures. Since the observation room's night opening is held only during limited periods in summer and winter, if you are visiting for the night view, please check the official website in advance for the dates. As it is also a learning facility attached to a waste treatment plant, it can be a good opportunity for parents and children to talk about the environment. The parking lot and roads are dark at night, so watch your step and drive carefully.
