2026 Full-Day Course: Stargazing at Shirouzu-Oike Park's Hoshi no Yakata (Star Hall)

A day centered around 'Hoshi no Yakata (Star Hall),' a public observatory inside Shirouzu-Oike Park in Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture. It is open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 14:00 to 21:00 (14:00-21:30 during summer, July 1-October 15; closed December 28-January 4). Visitors can observe planets and the moon through a state-of-the-art computer-controlled 20cm refracting telescope. Admission is free. It's about a 15-minute drive from Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine.
