2026 Full-Day Course: Stargazing at Misaka Plateau

Misaka Plateau in Mishima Town, Onuma District, Fukushima Prefecture, sits at an elevation of about 600m and is described by the town as 'a prime spot for viewing a sky full of stars.' It also serves as the venue for the town's stargazing event, 'Misaka no Yozora.' Day-trip viewing is possible, but there is also a campsite (1,000 yen per tent, 500 yen for day use) so you can stay overnight while stargazing.
