2026 Full-Day Course: Starry Skies at Hoshinomura Observatory

Hoshinomura Observatory (星の村天文台) in Tamura City is a facility equipped with the prefecture's largest 65cm reflecting telescope, 'Kizuna (絆)', as well as a planetarium. It holds weekly Saturday night public viewing sessions (stargazing sessions), starting at 18:00 in winter. Reservations are required (by email or phone). Admission is 450 yen for adults (500 yen for groups of 15 or more), 250 yen for elementary and junior high school students (300 yen for groups), and free for infants.
