2026 Aizu Kogen Takatsue Ski Resort Stargazing: A Full-Day Course

Aizu Kogen Takatsue Ski Resort is a high-altitude, open area named as one of the recommended stargazing spots in Minamiaizu Town's official 'Minami-Aizu Starry Sky Guide' (published by the Commerce, Industry and Tourism Division), which calls the town 'one of Japan's leading stargazing sanctuaries.' The ski resort's own official website does not provide any information about stargazing, and nighttime access and parking lot availability vary by season. Before visiting, be sure to check with the Minamiaizu Town Tourism Association or the ski resort's official website whether nighttime use is possible.
