2027 A Full Day Enjoying the Starry Sky at Aisai-no-Oka (愛妻の丘)

Aisai-no-Oka (愛妻の丘), located in Tashiro, Tsumagoi Village, Agatsuma District, Gunma Prefecture, is a scenic drive spot developed by Gunma Prefecture, a hilltop at an elevation of about 1,200m surrounded by cabbage fields. Tsumagoi Village Office has held a stargazing event in the past (in November 2017, in cooperation with Kita-Karuizawa Observatory and the Tsumagoi Village Tourism Association), but no regular event since then has been confirmed on the official page. As opening hours and whether nighttime entry is permitted have also not been confirmed with up-to-date information, please contact the Tsumagoi Village Office Tourism and Commerce Division (0279-82-1293) before visiting.
