2026 Hoshifuru Village TENGU Starry Sky: A Full-Day Course

This is a day centered around the observatory at Hoshifuru Village TENGU (星ふるヴィレッジTENGU), located on the Shikoku Karst Tengu Plateau in Yoshuno, Tsuno Town, Takaoka District, Kochi Prefecture. Situated at an elevation of about 1,400m, it has both an observatory (equipped with a Goto Optical Mfg. telescope) and a planetarium. Planetarium screenings run at 17:00 and 18:00, free for overnight guests. Day-trip use of the observatory costs 800 yen for general visitors (high-school age and up), 400 yen for elementary/junior-high students, free for preschoolers, with group discounts for parties of 20 or more.
