The International Terminal is full of attractions enjoyable even without boarding a plane, including "Edo Alley" which recreates the streetscape of Edo and a planetarium café. From the observation deck, you can see aircraft from airlines around the world up close, and morning hours offer continuous arrivals and departures that captivate both children and adults. With many large windows visible from indoors, it's safe even on rainy days.
Tips
The observation deck tends to be windy, so bring a jacket. Strollers can reach the rooftop by elevator. Direct connection with Keihin Express and monorail makes early arrival smooth.
Best time to visit
Allow 1 to 1.5 hours. The morning is relatively relaxed for sightseeing.
