One Last Round of Play on Log Athletic Equipment
About this spot
A verdant park on the outskirts of Kasukabe City. Featuring field athletics made of logs that make use of the mixed woods, large play equipment, and spacious lawns, this park offers a different kind of outdoor play than zoos and famous flower spots, allowing children to burn off their final bursts of energy. The surrounding landscape of Japanese pear orchards adds to its charm.
Tips
Bring a change of clothes since the children will work up a sweat on the athletics course, making the hot spring afterward more convenient. Parking is free, but just check the evening closing time.
Best time to visit
Allow 45 minutes. The park is relatively quiet in the late afternoon.
