A five-story parking area floating on the sea in the middle of Tokyo Bay's Aqua Line. From the 360-degree observation deck surrounded by sea, you can see the Boso Peninsula and even Mount Fuji on clear days. Specialties like asari man (clam bun) and seafood rice bowls showcase local Kisarazu cuisine. This scenic spot is so stunning you'll want to make it a destination in itself.

Tips

Weekends get crowded from afternoon onward, so the best strategy is to stop by in the morning on the way there. The observation deck has strong sea breezes, so bringing a light jacket is reassuring even in summer.

Best time to visit

Allow 60–75 minutes. Arriving before 9 a.m. on weekends makes parking easier.
