Panoramic View of Katsuyama Basin from the Observation Floor of the Soaring Castle Tower
About this spot
A museum shaped like a castle tower, standing prominently high above the rural landscape. It boasts one of Japan's highest castle tower-style structures, with impressive dragon reliefs carved into the stonework. Inside, historical exhibits include armor, swords, and illustrated scrolls related to feudal lord processions. From the top-floor observation area, you can see a panoramic view of the Katsuyama Basin, the Kuzu River, and surrounding mountains. It's the perfect spot to leisurely enjoy the town's scenery as you wrap up your dinosaur-filled day.
